Why did you select this model?

We liked the fun decor, all the extras (power awning and levelers, entertainment area, louvered doors and cabinets, accent lighting...) and the hatch!

Why are you selling?

We will be going international for the next few years.

Exterior Condition Description:

Exterior looks nice. No noticeable scratches or dents. Some upper left side panels were replaced in 2018; it is impossible to tell. We just had the lower rub strip at the rear, the bumper mat and some roof sealant (no leaks-preventive) in March during our visit to A/S HQ.

Hail Damage?

There are a handful of small dings on the roof that could be hail.

Aluminum Body Panels:

Filaform Damage?

None.

Roof Vents and Skylights:

All are in good condition. We had the roof inspected in March at A/S HQ. They replaced the sealant around a couple vents (no leaks-preventive). We have two fixed skylights with shades and a Fantastic Fan vent.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:

All work. No damage. Two sets of keys.

Windows, Seals and Operators:

All windows work fine and seals are in good condition.

Entrance Door:

Entry door and screen door are both fine. No damage. Tech did some fine alignment on the door in March. Two sets of keys.

Awnings:

Awnings for the street side and rear window, and power awing for the curb side. Material looks amazing. No significant fading or stains. They work like new, and the Tommy Bahama colors are really cool.

Front A-Frame Condition:

Good condition. Some touch up paint on spots that wear to prevent significant rust. New tongue jack in 2023 with increased capacity and remote leveling.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:

In good condition-totally solid. No rust. We just replaced the bumper mat in March at A/S HQ.

Frame Condition:

No issues w/the frame.

Sub-Floor:

No issues w/the subfloor. The tech checked in March.

Belly Pan:

Everything original and in good condition.

Interior Layout and Condition:

Dinette is at the rear, next to the hatch opening, which has a roll-down screen to allow uninterrupted views w/o uninvited guests. The table and mount are removable and can be stored in the bed and closet, respectively to allow room for bikes or other gear while traveling. Ahead of the dinette on the street side in the bar area, with drawers for the ice maker, glasses and silverware, a wine rack and a Corian countertop with a built in ice compartment for drinks. There is an insert to cover the compartment for a smooth top. There is a light under the countertop that makes the Corian glow. The refrigerator (gas/electric) is next to the bar, with the rear TV facing the dinette. We installed a slightly larger TV, but can put a smaller one back if you like. The clothes closet is in front of the refrigerator. On the curb side, the entry door is just to the front of the dinette, then the kitchen. The countertop is Corian, with a fold-up extension at the end and two drop in panels to cover half or all the sink. The cooktop is front-most in the kitchen, and we have the combo microwave/convection oven below the cook top. There is a slide out pantry next to the kitchen area. The bath is split at the front of the closet and the pantry, with the shower on street side and the toilet and sink on the curb side. The bedroom is a the front, with a Queen storage bed and flanking nightstands. We took out the BR TV, but can reinstall it if you like. The interior looks really nice-no stains or tears, or significant wear locations. We replaced the shower mixing valve ~2018, and also installed a less restrictive shut-off at the shower head. The icemaker drawer and the bed strut mount locations have been reinforced. 2017 was the first year for ceiling ducts, instead of just outlets at the A/C location(s). They vent covers had a habit of jumping off the ceiling. We had them all solidly installed at the A/S HQ in March. We also had the slide out pantry tuned up for smooth operation.

Dinette Style and Location:

Bench style dinette. Corian countertops. The table and mount are removable and can be stored in the bed and closet, respectively to allow room for bikes or other gear while traveling. The table top can also be set at the bench height for an additional bed.

Bathroom Location and Style:

The bath is just aft of the bedroom. It's split, with the shower on street side and the toilet and sink on the curb side. There's an accordion panel that pulls out of the wall to separate the bath area from the living area. All the fixtures are original and look and act new.

Sleeping Areas:

Queen bed in the BR with original mattress, which seems pretty comfortable. We bought a mattress cover and blanket custom made to fit the radiused corners at the bottom of the bed, which can stay w/the trailer. The dinette can be converted into a bed for one adult or two-ish kids.

Interior Soft Surfaces - Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:

Dinette cushions are faux leather. They are original and have no stains or tears, and look pretty new to me. Curtains are original and look and work fine.

Curtains and Blinds:

Tommy Bahama has wood mini-blinds on the flat windows along the sides that look really nice and coordinate well with the louvered doors and flip-up storage fronts.

Interior Walls:

Walls are original-aluminum and unique to Tommy Bahama laminate with a tropical motif. Bath has tropical theme wallpaper. All surfaces look new, w/no stains or damage.

Cabinets, Doors, and Counters:

All the cabinets, doors, drawers work well and look great, as do the countertop and sinks.

Floor Coverings:

Tommy Bahama has a marine woven floor which looks cool, is easy to clean and is nice to walk on. There is one small dent in the flooring and a few spots <1/8".

Stove and Oven:

Cook top is three burner (gas) stainless steel. Oven is below the cook top, and is a combo microwave/convection oven. It's way convenient, helps keep the trailer cool, and allows room for the slide out pantry.

Refrigerator:

Dometic gas/electric.

Furnace / Space Heater:

Two heats pumps, plus gas forced air. Heat pump air comes through the ceiling ducts, and the furnace has separate ducts near floor level.

Other Appliances:

The Tommy Bahama includes an icemaker that stores in a drawer, and is removed to be used anywhere there is a 110V outlet. Trailer has a back up camera.

Plumbing - Water Lines, Water Pump:

All the plumbing, including the pump, is in good condition w/no know issues. Everything is original except the shower mixing valve (2018) and kitchen faucet (2018). We replaced the original water storage tank valve with a more robust ball valve in March at the A/S HQ.

Hot Water Heater:

Original gas/electric water heater. No issues.

Sinks and Taps:

Original, except kitchen faucet (2018). No leaks or know issues.

Toilet:

Original marine style toilet with no issues. Tommy Bahama toilet has a ceramic, not plastic, body.

Water leaks / Water damage? Mold or Mildew?

Never any leaks or water damage, mold or mildew.

Fresh Water Tank:

Original tank w/no known issues.

Gray Water Tank:

Original tank w/no known issues

Black Water Tank:

One 15K and one 13.5K unit. Both original and in good condition.

50A service. All interior electrical is original. Purchased new 50A cord in March. Also have a 50A and a 30A extension cord.

Solar / Batteries / Invertor / Converter:

Inverter is original and in good condition. Upgraded to two 70AH AGM batteries in 2022. Trailer is pre-wired for solar.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:

Factory installed upgraded Polk sound system w/two speakers at dinette and two speakers in the BR.

LP / Propane System - Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:

Two 30lb tanks. All equipment original and in good working order.
