Ownership History:

1 previous owner, previous owner said they only took it on one trip to Moab Utah from Denver. I have only taken it on one trip from CO to Salmon Idaho.

Why did you select this model?

Back hatch and folding furniture with tie down points. Spacious (including able to walk on both sides of queen bed), with all the amenities I would need.

Why are you selling?

Selling for reallocation of funds, I'll miss it and probably buy another one in the future.

It's a front bed model. Everything in excellent original condition. Has 2 TV's and surround sound. Cushions are in excellent condition. Nothing is broken or dented.

Dinette is rectangular by rear hatch which has a pull down screen. Table can be lowered to change to a rear bed. Seats can be folded up and has tie down points for ample storage space if needed.

Bathroom Location and Style:

Shower is separate room from toilet and sink. It has accordian separators as needed for privacy from both the bedroom and the rest of the trailer.

Pets:

My dog has been inside and slept on her dog bed on the floor. No dog bathroom accidents ever. No scratches or damage from dog (she's mellow)

Queen bed in front with TV, storage, accordion separators. Dinette converts to another bed, I'm not sure if double or queen. Living room bench perpendicular to dinette bed can sleep 1 more.

Queen mattress and fold down dinette bed and bench bed all comfortable.

Original flooring in excellent condition. I had some area rugs inside. There's a large outdoor area rug for under the awning in good condition (currently in a storage unit) that can be included.

In excellent condition, propane gas.

Refrigerator:

in excellent condition, can use electric or propane.

Furnace / Space Heater:

Furnace works great even in below freezing temps, furnace heats from propane and the blower fans (forced air) are electric which run off the batteries if not plugged in. When plugged into a 30 amp docking station or home outlet (plug converter to plug 30 amp into regular home outlet included) A space heater can be used to save propane. I can include 2 space heaters.

Other Appliances:

It has a microwave that pulls out from the cabinet drawer left of the stove. Airstream needs to be plugged in to use it, it will not run off of battery power.

Plumbing - Water Lines, Water Pump:

All plumbing and pump in excellent working condition. Portable and towable large 50 gal waste water carrier included so you can empty black and grey water tanks to a nearby dumping station without moving the Airstream.

Hot Water Heater:

In excellent condition, barely used. Drain plug should be removed from access panel outside for winterization.

Sinks and Taps:

All original in excellent working condition.

Toilet:

In excellent working condition. Press flush pedal half way for water flow and all the way to flush. After flushing, add more water to bowl which prevents odor from tank coming back inside. Also there are some RV blue pods that can be added to black water tank by flushing.

Water leaks / Water damage? Mold or Mildew?

None.

Fresh Water Tank:

original, in excellent condition. I think it's 40 or 45 gallons

Gray Water Tank:

original in excellent condition. I think it is also 40 to 45 gals. When dumping empty black water first and grey water then washes black water tank when dumping.

Black Water Tank:

original in excellent condition. I think it is 40 or 45 gallons.

Exterior Water / Sewer Connections:

All connections in excellent working condition. I have never connected it directly to a sewer and have used portable / towable waste water carrier. This system is clean and works with fittings. I have the original long sewer dump hose and a newer small shorter one for close proximity to dump station (i.e. smaller when using waste water carrier)

Air Conditioner:

In excellent working condition, works off thermostat. There is only one however it is powerful and cools the entire trailer quite quickly even in high temps. Airstream needs to be plugged in to 30 amp outlet, does not run off only battery power. It also has two ceiling vents with fans (electric and manual) which have these awesome moisture sensors so they will automatically close if it starts raining or from morning dew.

Electrical Service:

30 amp, one plug located front exterior. It has a long 30 amp extension cord which I believe is 50 feet.

Solar / Batteries / Invertor / Converter:

It has 2 solar panels and a solar controller. The solar panels are not attached and have long 100 foot wires. The airstream has been parked in the shade and the solar panels at a distance in direct sunlight all day.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:

It has surround sound high quality speakers which are way louder than I would ever want to turn it up. It also has a dvd player connected to both main room and bedroom tv's, and the surround sound audio. Audio connects to bluetooth on phone or computer. I used a wireless hotspot for internet. It has a port for connecting cable.

LP / Propane System - Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:

All in excellent working condition.

Is this Airstream Safe to Tow or Drive?

sway bar hitch included (adjustable for different heights of hitch on towing vehicle). Highly recommend to use, if just moving Airstream a short distance it tows fine with just the hitch. It tows great even on steep curvy mountain passes like teton pass from Jackson WY to ID.

Accessories Included with Sale:

Solar panels (2) and solar controller (detached) with 100 ft wires so Airstream can be parked in shade and access direct sunlight at a distance. Portable / towable waste carrier. Low milage on entire trailer and super low milage on tires. Upgraded gel batteries. Sway bars for towing included. Perfect sized totes for under bed storage compartments on both sides of bed. There is an outdoor carpet that can be placed under the awning.

Other comments or notes you would like the buyer to know?

This Airstream is in perfect working order and very clean. Everything works great and it tows much easier than I expected. The back hatch is an awesome feature for that outside feel at the dinette, with a pull down screen if there's bugs. Also all the seats can fold up against the wall and there are tie down points on the floor if someone was to transport lots of kayaks or bikes or need other big storage which can be accessed through the hatchback.
