Exterior Condition & Features

The all-original aluminum body panels are in great shape, with only minor cosmetic wear expected for its age. A 24” dent/scrape is present on the driver’s side, and some older cleaning residue can be seen near the fridge area. The clear coat is in fair condition, and there are some minor rock dings and scratches.

The roof is structurally sound but will need resealing soon, particularly along the driver-side awning mounting rail, where a minor leak has been noted. All windows operate properly, though the seals are aging. The main entrance door functions well, though it could use an adjustment for smoother operation.

This Airstream is equipped with a manual passenger-side awning in good condition, offering shade and shelter when parked. Brand-new LED exterior lights (installed summer 2024) enhance safety and visibility.

Interior Comfort & Layout

Step inside to find a beautifully renovated interior featuring:

• Front queen bedroom with a firm mattress (topper recommended for extra comfort)
• Mid-section kitchen & dinette with updated Formica countertops
• Dinette seating reupholstered in Ultraleather (converts to a bed)
• Rear twin bunks – ideal for kids or guests
• Bathroom with separate shower in original condition, with updated flooring

During the renovation, the “mouse fur” wall covering was replaced with woven vinyl, offering a clean and modern look. The original flooring was upgraded to durable sheet vinyl with light padding, providing comfort and easy maintenance.

The bedroom’s sliding door was removed for better airflow but is stored safely in a garage and can be reinstalled if desired. Blinds were removed in favor of light fabric window coverings secured with Velcro, maximizing space.

Kitchen & Appliances

The stove and oven are in great shape and fully functional. The original fridge works well on both electric and propane, though the door seals are discolored. A new kitchen sink faucet was installed during the renovation.

Plumbing & Electrical Systems

• 30-amp Smart Plug system with a 1-year-old cord (extra extension cord included)
• Progressive Dynamics smart charger (converter replaced during renovation)
• No inverter installed, but space for two batteries (currently operating on one battery installed 2024)
• See Level tank monitoring system installed for accurate readings
• Original fresh, gray, and black tanks in good condition – no leaks

The water pump was replaced during the renovation, and the water heater operates smoothly on gas. A new gray tank handle will be provided to the new owner.

HVAC & Climate Control

• 15K BTU Dometic air conditioner (installed 2020-2021) with heat pump mode
• Thermostat needs permanent mounting (as it did not match the original design)
• Furnace does not currently function – operates on gas but requires shore power for the blower

Towing & Safety

This Airstream is road-ready and tows rock-solid with the included ProPride hitch. With an estimated loaded weight of 6,500 lbs and a tongue weight of ~1,080 lbs, it’s well-balanced for travel.

• Brand-new Michelin Defender tires (May 2024) with minimal tread wear
• Brakes and bearings serviced during renovation
• Signal and marker lights upgraded to LED (summer 2024)
• Weight distribution hitch and safety chains included
