Ownership History: 2 owners that I know of. Owner that I purchased from in OH who did most of the renovations. I have had no contact with him since making the purchase. All I know about the owner prior to where I bought it, is believed to have traveled around with the trailer selling things from the trailer through a vendor window located next to the entry door.

Why did you select this model?: I like old things and enjoy working on them.

Why are you selling?: I have purchased a larger Airstream to do longer distance travel.

Exterior Condition Description: Mirror polish, has wear from age otherwise body is in good condition. Some of the belly pan is original and may need replacing in the future. No leaks or major dents.

Filaform Damage?: None

Roof Vents and Skylights: Two fantastic fans forward and aft, both manual in good working condition

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks: All in place and work with keys except entry door which has a separate keyed deadbolt

Windows, Seals and Operators: I replaced 4 windows with glass that. All windows have new seals. Front window crank slips (bad gear I think) but still works.

Entrance Door: Main door handle (original) works but does not lock. New deadbolt with keys installed after removing padlock installed by previous owner.

Awnings: Zip Dee awning installed in 2022. Manual, Sunbrella. A little tough to operate but still works well and looks new.

Front A-Frame Condition: No damage but has minor rust in places.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition: Bumper was extended to mount aluminum storage box. Frame has minor rust in places. No other damage. Yes the whole structure is sound, no soft spots.

Frame Condition: No weakness in frame that I know of and structurally sound.

Sub-Floor: Sub floor is in good condition. I renovated the storage compartment under the bed and found no damage.

Belly Pan: I filled open holes with fire retardant expandable foam then riveted aluminum patches over the area. Please previous comment on belly pan.

Interior Layout and Condition: Front custom dinette with round table, kitchen with lots of original storage space, full rear bed. Full bath minus sink. Lots of upgrades with added led lighting as well as original. Rear bed has 4 built in drawers under bed and side table with 3 drawers all original.

Dinette Style and Location: Half round that will seat 6 easily with round table mounted on hydraulic leg.

Bathroom Location and Style: Rear bath with new shower head, shower curtain and wood floor mat. Updated toilet, no bathroom sink.

Smoking?: No

Pets: Yes 1 miniature short hair dachshund.

Sleeping Areas: Full size bed rear sleeps two, front dinette converts to king.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces: Mattress was new in 2017, 6” thick firm foam in great condition. Dinette has comfortable seating for 6.

Interior Soft Surfaces - Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery: All updated in 2017 custom dinette cushions made by Amish

Curtains and Blinds: Curtains in 2017

Interior Walls: Walls repainted white. Sealing patches riveted and painted after replacing dome over dinette with fantastic fan.

Cabinets, Doors, and Counters: All cabinets, doors and drawers are original. Countertops replaced in 2017. No damage.

Stove and Oven: 4 burner gas cook top original works well. Oven houses toaster oven.
