The exterior of this Airstream is in good condition, with a few minor cosmetic issues. There are some scratches near the doorbell and a small dent on the right side of the rear bumper - see full Google Photos album.  The aluminum body panels are intact with no hail damage or filiform corrosion. The roof vents and skylights are all in excellent working condition, ensuring ample natural light and ventilation inside.

Interior Condition

Inside, this Airstream is a haven of comfort and functionality. The dining area features a permanent table stand  The center bathroom boasts a separate shower, with all components recently upgraded and in good working condition. The trailer comfortably sleeps six, with a rear queen bed and two pull-out automatic recliners.

Kitchen and Appliances

The kitchen is equipped with a three-burner stove and a gas oven. The original full-size refrigerator from 2019 is in excellent condition, along with the microwave and back-up camera. The ALDE hot water system has just been updated, ensuring reliable hot water for your needs. The kitchen sink faucet and components are also newly replaced.

Heating and Cooling

This Airstream is equipped with two original Dometic air conditioners from 2019, requiring a 50 amp connection.  The heating system includes forced air (heat pump ac)  and electric floor heat, ensuring comfort in all seasons.

The water lines and pump have been meticulously maintained, with repairs made as needed. Both the gray and black water tanks are in good condition, and the exterior water and sewer connections are fully operational.
