Exterior Condition Description:: Excellent. We have had "skin" repaired twice. When changing to 6 V batteries at Airstream of Caldwell (ID), the dealer scratched the aluminum in the front above the battery case. They also scratched the battery cover. When we went back to Caldwell from Reno, (two weeks later), the skin had been repaired, but not the battery cover. They proceeded to repaint the battery cover, which should have taken an hour. However, they backed the coach into the door of the garage. So, we waited another month for the skin to repaired in another part of the trailer, along with one of the lights. We had a wheel break off the rig in Parker, AZ. Although I didn't feel it, we not only lost the wheel, there was trim and skin damage. We took the trailer to Airstream of Las Vegas, and the aluminum was replaced/repaired there. All repair work was done at Airstream dealerships.

Hail Damage?: None

Aluminum Body Panels:: On the side, down low (see pics), there is some water spotting from a bad sprinkler system. I understand it can be buffed out, but we have done nothing but try to clean it with a diluted vinegar solution.

Filaform Damage?: No

Roof Vents and Skylights: : Powered (main cabin) and manual (shower and bathroom).

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: All good!

Windows, Seals and Operators: : Good- Hardware is fine.

Entrance Door: : Fine

Awnings - Location and Condition:: Excellent, but hardly used. Nevada is way too windy to be putting out awnings. The main awning (Zip Dee), is powered. It can use a bit of a boost when retracting.

Interior Layout and Condition:: Standard layout. Recent repairs on interior trim, latches and the door to the bathroom was barely latching. All was repaired or adjusted at Airstream of Chandler, the first week of November 2023. Receipt available upon request.

Dinette Style and Location:: Fold down table, makes another bed available.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Mid coach, driver side. Shower across aisle, separate.

Smoking? : No

Pets? : Yes. We had the most wonderful, mature Labs ever. We are neat freaks, so no damage, no hair. See for yourself.

Sleeping Areas?: Queen size bed, middle, back of coach. Very comfortable, closets either side. It has a pull out sofa, and the dining table folds down for another bed. Like new.

Interior Soft Surfaces: - Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: Original, excellent condition.

Curtains and Blinds: : Original, excellent condition.

Interior Walls: : Excellent.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : Excellent condition, just had adjustments accomplished, see above.

Floor Coverings:: Excellent.

Stove and Oven:: They work perfectly. We had trouble lighting the stoves, just repaired, see receipt.

Refrigerator:: Excellent, 8 Cu ft.

Furnace / Space Heater:: 15,000 BTU Ducted AC w/Heat pump/thermostat control for both ACs. Same system powers the heating/cooling: 30,000 BTU furnace.

Other Appliances:: Back up camera (never used), installed. No microwave. We wanted a conventional oven, rather than convection. Some custom work (all at Bay Area Airstream, where we bought it, in Fairfield CA).

Plumbing - Water Lines, Water Pump:: Excellent. Water pump used in October. All original. We had one toilet leak, repaired, never a problem since.

Hot Water Heater:: Gas or electric, both used on recent trip to Payson AZ, excellent.

Sinks and Taps: : Original, excellent.

Toilet:: Excellent, ceramic, full-sized.

Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew:: None

Fresh Water Tank:: Has only been filled with soft water. 54 gallon capacity.

Gray Water Tank: Original, 38 gallon capacity, excellent.

Black Water Tank:: Original, 38 gallon capacity. It has a tank flush, we we have ALWAYS used at the dumping cycle.

Exterior Water and Sewer Connections:: Excellent

Air Conditioner:: Just serviced with new coils and filters. See receipt. There are two air conditioners individually controlled by single thermostat. They work Air and heat.

Electrical Service:: 30 or 50 amp. With 30 amp connected, we can work one air conditioner. 50 amp required for both.

Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: Two 6 volt batteries (AGM), new in May of 2023. Receipt available.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:: Yes, but we have seldom used it.

LP / Propane System - Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:: All work perfectly.

When was the last time this Airstream was towed / driven?: Last towed in November 2023 to Airstream of Chandler, where AC service was performed and some interior trim work was repaired. Last used (5 day RV stay at Payson AZ), September of 2023.

Is this Airstream safe to Tow or Drive?: It tows beautifully, even in high winds. We have a diesel F-250.

Accessories Included with Sale?: We plan on having it empty. It has hoses, sewer connections, blocks, etc., but we would suggest buying new.

Any additional owner comments?: Its a beautiful coach. We didn't drive it much, but we lived in it for a couple of three month periods (while we were relocating), and it was a pleasure. If you see it, you'll undoubtedly agree.
