Location and Ownership History:
This 2013 Airstream Flying Cloud 23 FBQ is located in Tucker, Georgia, right outside of Atlanta. Purchased in August 2015, this travel trailer has been a reliable companion for weekend trips and a memorable cross-country adventure out West. The Airstream has been lightly used and was primarily stored during the pandemic, serving as a cozy second home for family visits.

Exterior Condition:
The exterior of this Flying Cloud tells the story of its adventures. In 2019, it underwent repairs on the driver's side at Southland in Norcross, GA, after an incident. Since then, it's picked up a few character marks, including some minor hail damage on the roof and a branch strike in 2024 - see photos.   The aluminum body panels show a few signs of wear, with the upper driver's side being the most notable. However, all the exterior hatch covers, locks, and windows are functional.   The manual awning is original and barely used, providing shade for your outdoor activities.

Interior Comfort and Layout:
Inside, this Airstream retains its original charm with a front bedroom layout featuring a queen-sized bed and a center dinette that converts into a twin sleeping area. The rear bathroom with a separate shower offers privacy and convenience. The interior is pet-friendly, with all original soft surfaces, including cushions, fabrics, and upholstery. While the curtains and blinds have a few dented slats, the overall condition of the interior walls, cabinets, doors, and counters is good. The flooring remains original, though there is some softening around the bed pedestal due to water exposure.

Kitchen and Appliances:
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, convection microwave, and a gas oven, all original and in working order. The Dometic refrigerator, forced air furnace, and hot water heater are also original, providing you with all the comforts of home on the road. The plumbing, including water lines, water pump, and exterior water/sewer connections, is winterized and functional, ensuring you're ready for your next adventure.

Mechanical and Electrical Systems:
This Airstream is road-ready with a 30-amp electrical service, an added solar panel for off-grid capability, and a factory-installed sound system. The LP/propane system includes tanks that were replaced in 2019, and the trailer features new tires from 2019, original brakes and bearings, and a safe towing setup with an included E2 weight distribution hitch.
