Exterior Highlights

This Airstream’s exterior has been well maintained. In 2001, it was refinished and coated by P.& S. Travel Trailer Service in Helena, Ohio, giving it a lasting shine and protection. The original aluminum body panels have stood the test of time, with only minor hail damage on the top and a small dent at the rear. You'll find a few scratches on the roadside lower rear, but overall, the exterior is in good condition.

The roof features upgraded Fantastic Fan with thermostat and rain sensor in the rear bedroom, along with two skylights in the bath and galley areas replaced in 2016, ensuring plenty of natural light and ventilation. All exterior hatch covers, locks, windows, and the entrance door are in good working order. The manual awnings on the curbside, front, and rear are in very good condition, with the main awning receiving a new spring and lock in 2024.

Interior Comfort and Layout

Step inside to experience the timeless Airstream design, featuring a front sofa in excellent condition, a center dinette, and rear twin beds. The side bath has been updated with a new sink, fixtures, and a Thetford tall toilet installed in 2018. The shower also boasts a replaced fixture, making it fully functional and ready for use.

The original interior soft surfaces, including cushions, fabrics, and upholstery, are in very good condition, showing minimal wear. The curtains and blinds are all original, operational, though the curtains do show some age. The cabinetry, doors, and counters are in very good condition, with the original carpet protected by rugs during travels, with only one noticeable spot near the front area.

Kitchen and Appliances

The kitchen is well-equipped with a 3-burner propane cooktop, a convection microwave, and a Dometic RM 2820 LP-gas and electric refrigerator. The kitchen and bathroom sink fixtures have been updated, ensuring functionality and good condition. The plumbing system, including original water lines and a spare pump, has been maintained with an added bypass valve for winterizing.

Mechanical and Utility Systems

This Airstream is equipped with an Atwood forced air L/P gas furnace and an Olympian catalytic unvented safety heater. The original 5-gallon LP gas water heater is still in good condition, as are the original fresh, gray, and black water tanks. The air conditioning system, located over the kitchen area, includes a heat strip and runs on a 30-amp electrical service.

The trailer’s axles, brakes, and bearings have been serviced regularly, with the last brake and bearing service conducted in March 2020. The tires are Goodyear Endurance ST226/75 R15, installed in September 2021, with minimal miles since then. This trailer is equipped with a Reese weight distribution hitch, emergency breakaway cable, safety chains, and a 7-round pigtail trailer wire connection, ensuring it's safe and ready to tow.

This Airstream comes with a host of accessories, including water hoses, wheel blocks, sewer hoses, hitch, sway bars, equalizer bars, bed sheets, covers, and even two folding chairs stored in a compartment. It also features wrap protectors, three-piece solar grey stone guards, electronic controls on the A/C, a deluxe tank monitoring system, and a water faucet with a purifier.
