Original Owners and Clear Title: The original owners have lovingly maintained this trailer since purchasing it new in May 1992. It comes with a clear title and current registration in Wyoming.
Sturdy and Safe: The dual axle system ensures smooth towing and safety, even if a tire blows out. Recently towed 900 miles in May 2024, it's proven road-ready and reliable.
Pristine Exterior Condition: The all-original aluminum body panels are in excellent condition, with no hail damage or filiform corrosion. A professional repair in 2016 by VARR Company restored the rear panels after a minor garage incident. The clear coat and acrylic spray protect the exterior, while a custom Cal-Mark Sunbrella cover shields it during winter.
Well-Maintained Roof and Components: The roof is coated with white roof coating and equipped with a TV antenna and a Dometic air conditioner with a heat strip. All roof vents are operational, and the seals and locks on exterior hatch covers are in perfect condition.
Beautiful Interior Layout: The original layout includes a rear corner double bed and a fold-out sofa, sleeping up to four comfortably. The oak cabinets and Formica countertops are in excellent condition, offering ample storage. New carpet and felt under pad were installed in 2020, along with reupholstered and re-foamed sofa cushions.
Updated Appliances: The Atwood gas range, Dometic RM2620 refrigerator, and Suburban furnace ensure a comfortable stay. A new Suburban water heater was installed in 2015, and all plumbing is leak-free and operational.
Comfortable and Functional Sleeping Areas: The original mattress remains in excellent condition, enhanced with a foam topper and quilted cover. Custom fitted bedspread and queen-sized down blanket provide added comfort.
Electrical and Propane Systems: Equipped with a 30 amp electrical service and two 30 lb. propane tanks, recently certified. The inverter has been upgraded to the latest model, ensuring reliable power.
Safety Features: Updated brakes, annually serviced bearings with Bearing Buddy, emergency breakaway cable, safety chains, and a 2 5/16" hitch receiver provide peace of mind on the road.

Why did you select this model? It was advertised as the perfect TRAVEL trailer and we planned to have many trips around the country which we did over the past 32 years. This trailer is large enough to be comfortable inside but small enough to get into the out-of-the-way places we've been. It's easy to dry camp if desired. The dual axle system allows good maneuverability as well as safety if one tire blows out.
Why are you selling? In the last couple years, we find that we're not using it as we used to and are not planning future trips.
