Ownership History: We believe we are the third owners. This trailer was purchased from previous owners who had bought it in 2014. It had been parked and used at an Airstream park in Melbourne, FL. It has only had about 2,000 miles put on it by its move to our campground in Maine, then to the dealer in Lebanon for repairs and upgrades as part of our renovations/restoration. The trailer is now in very good condition, both inside and out. It has all six brand new Goodyear Endurance tires, reconditioned brakes/bearings, new sub-flooring from the bathroom through bedroom, renovated bathroom, restored/upgraded plumbing, new HVAC, two new Dometic Fantastic fans, plumbing, ceiling lighting, refrigerator, external lighting, induction burner, propane furnace, brilliant exterior, new/updated interior decorating and paint, new kitchen faucets, new battery, external door upgrades.

Exterior Condition Description:: Excellent. The exterior has been polished down to a brilliant shine and has all new external lights. Brand new 2023 Goodyear tires with only about 2,000 miles. See previous notes on repairs and upgrades performed during winter of 2024.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : Windows and seals are all in good working order.

Entrance Door: : Entrance door and lock are intact and in good working order. The head guard in the doorway is brand new.

Awnings - Location and Condition:: All are in good working order, but fabric is not new. They are manual.

Front A-Frame Condition:: Condition is good, with no damage.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: Bumper and frame condition is fine. The inside of the bumper is OK but not in shiny new condition.

Sub Floor:: Sub-floor is now in excellent condition.

Belly Pan: : Belly pan is original and has had some repairs, though it is all intact. No loose materials.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Bathroom is the original style but with upgraded walls, new lighting, refinished shower stall and new hardware.

Sleeping Areas?: Queen bed, recently replaced and quite comfortable. Convertible sofa in the living room could be full size, capable of sleeping two kids or smaller adults.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: Good, comfortable queen mattress.

Interior Soft Surfaces: - Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: All soft surfaces are in very good condition, but not new.

Curtains and Blinds: : Blinds are mostly original equipment, attractive, and in good condition.

Interior Walls: : All walls have been upgraded, paper replaced with new paint, providing a contemporary, neutral and bright interior.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : Cabinets and doors are wood finish, original equipment and in good condition

Floor Coverings:: Laminate wood flooring throughout is in very attractive, good condition.

Stove and Oven:: Propane stove is original equipment and in working order. We have added an innovative induction burner (dual) which is brand new. The oven is a medium size electric toaster oven.

Refrigerator:: The electric refrigerator is new and has a separate frost-free freezer. It works off shore power.

Furnace / Space Heater:: New propane furnace and new heat pump.

Other Appliances:: There is a microwave oven that is attractive, clean, but not brand new.

Plumbing - Water Lines, Water Pump:: Plumbing lines, both sewer and fresh water, have been updated or repaired and have no leaks. The water pump works.

Hot Water Heater:: Hot water heater with tank works on propane and shore power.

Sinks and Taps: : Faucets are new (kitchen, shower) or in very good shape. Sinks in kitchen have been resealed and in very good condition.

Toilet:: Toilet is standard RV and is in very good working condition.

Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew:: Any water leaks have been repaired, plumbing replaced, and plumbing is otherwise in very good condition. No mold or mildew evident.
