🔹 Ownership History: The Original owner kept it in Arizona for 50 years. Second owner brought it California and started remodeling but took it apart and never finished. Third owner was a restorer who used to work at Airstream until he opened his own detailing business. He replaced the axles, newly coated rust protection, new tires, new tanks, new subfloor and re-polished.

Roof Vents and Skylights: One original skylight, works, manual.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks: There is no key for the lock. But it is original. I put a padlock on it.

Windows, Seals and Operators: No damage, all original.

Entrance Door: No damage, missing key, using padlock instead.

Awnings: none

Front A-Frame Condition: great

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition: great

Frame Condition: structurally sound and great, no rust, no weakness or separation

Sub-Floor: replaced in 2019, great condition

Belly Pan: great

Interior Layout and Condition: gutted, no electrical or paneling.

Other Appliances: AC on top, never used. Purchased brand new in 2019.
